形態特徵

• A perennial herb.
• Basal leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets obovate to obovate-obtriangular, 1–2.5 cm long, 1–2 cm wide, the apex rounded to truncate, the base obtuse to cuneate, the margin dentate and ciliate, hirsute on both surfaces, the lateral leaflets oblique; stipules lanceolate, hirsute outside.
• Flowers solitary, terminal; bract of calycles lanceolate, 5 mm long, 2–2.5 mm wide, acute; calyx-lobes oblong or triangular-lanceolate, 5 mm long, 3 mm wide, acute; petals 5, yellow, obcordate, about 8 mm long, emarginate at apex; stamens 20.

• 台灣 : usually found in the central mountains at high altitudes.
• 世界 : The species in Far East Russia, Korea, and Japan; the variety endemic to Taiwan,
